  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    • Handling time for each product is clearly stated on the product page. Please refer to the individual product page for details. You can get an estimated shipping fee for different methods on the shopping cart page. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your package is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number.

  2. Do you ship internationally?

    • Yes, we ship worldwide.

  3. Will you provide a tracking number after shipping?

    • Yes, once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with shipping information and a tracking number.

  4. Can orders be delivered to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

    • Unfortunately, we cannot deliver orders to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Tracking

a. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours.

b. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with the tracking number.

c. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
