We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 15 days for all sets that have not been washed, worn, or tampered with. If the hair quality, color, or length is not satisfactory upon receiving your order, please keep the hair in its original condition and email us at service@topperfecter.com to initiate your return. We will be more than happy to assist you further.

 

  1. How do I make a return? Simply email us at service@topperfecter.com and provide your order number. We will then give you instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to determine if you qualify for a refund. Note: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping option, as it can greatly expedite the process.
  2. What is the return period? We offer a refund for unused hair extensions within 15 days of the date you receive them.

  3. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return? Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with a tracking option, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Note: Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise it may be returned to you.

  4. When will I receive my refund? A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected, and confirmed the returned items. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order to process the refund. Some financial institutions may take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement before contacting us.
